Airedale Terrier Breeders
Robin, Cheryl, Robert and William Dagen opened Airedale Acres in August of 2000 in Newberry Michigan, but were not newcomers to the breed. Robin and Cheryl got their first Airedale in 1979. You know what the saying is Once you have owned an airedale terrier, no other breed will do! It is true in our case. Another saying is once you get one airedale, you have to have at least two. I guess we went over the limit. Airedale Terriers are the most versatile dog , they will hunt, they are great with children, they will protect and defend, loveable companions and the best Mousers!! What more would you want in a dog? Our dogs are all raised in our house, we do not keep our dogs in the Kennel. Pups are raised up at the house also. We have 6-7 adults dogs in the house and 1 sassy little welsh terrier Mona Lisa. So even though our house is pretty full, we have pack cooperation and no one has to be seperated.

| Guinness came to us from Delray Beach Fla. His previous owner was unable to keep him due to personal conflicts. Airedale Acres was so graciously asked if we could provide a home were a special dog could be a special dog. Guinness is all of that!! Guinness was crowned the Number 1 Airedale Terrier in 2004, Number 3 Airedale Terrier in 2003. | Hope was born right here at Airedale Acres. Her proud parents are Selena and Duke. She is only one point away from obtaining her Canadian Champion Title. I am sure she will be a new Champion in 2008. Her owners are Sarah and Russell Altonand she is living in Sault Ste. Marie , Onterio Canada. She comes to visit her Grandma and Grandpa frequently and will be delivering her first litter of puppies at Grandma Dagen's house within the next year. | Jesse was born right here at Airedale Acres. His proud parents are Selena and Duke. He is 4 points away from obtaining his Canadian Champion Conformation title. Jesse is Grandpa Dagen's Boy. | Selena came to us from IngleValley Kennels in Napanee Onterio Canada owned by Marian Murray-Domanski. Selena is a built very square and petite girl weighing 48lbs. In Selena's case, dynamite came in a small package. She is a sweet girl who sleeps on the foot of my bed every night.
