Let's everyone hope and prayer that our Governor, our State Represntatives, & our State Senators wake up!!!! They need to quit cutting both the D.N.R. Fire Fighting budget & also the State Police budget!!!! They are also needed to restore the monies cut from the D.N.R. Fire Fighting budget and also restore the monies cut from the Michigan State Police budget!!!! |

| Every one of you have accomplished a tremendous job. From the few in the beginning who fought the fire to the many that came to help. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.My wifes nephew was a fire fighter in Chelsea, Michigan. He died in an accident 5 years ago. A whole lot of thanks to Eagle 96.7 for all of the updates. you are all great

| Thank you all firefighters and all others for all your hard work. I hope this sends a message to all our politicians that our emergency services, DNR, Armed forces, etc., are needed for many things. Maybe they will cut back on their entertainment allowances to allow for money for these services. |

| A Huge Thank You to everyone fighting the fire!... We have a cabin at the corner of 407 & 420, in my family since 1969. It is like a childhood home to me, and I am so grateful to anyone helping to stop this fire and aid the firefighters!! I wish I could be there to help, and will try to send my help in other ways. | THank You!!! We do an annual fishing trip on the two heart each spring. The U.P. is my second home. I am from Charlevoix and have a lot of friends that join us from St. Ignace (Eric C. Phil S.). It is good to know that there are a lot of people that Love the U.P. enough to put there lives in danger for its beauty!!! Thank you all so very much.
