| Thank you for all your dedication from our extended family.
I especially want to thank you for holding the fire from getting to the HAUPT CABIN on 407 where my MOM is living. She is presenly living in town as she had to vacate the house several days ago. I am hoping you can stop the fire from going any further.
Again may God Bless You All and Your Families!!!!! |

| I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this site!! THANK YOU! And especially thanks to all of you out there fighting this monsterous fire and to those of you supporting them! You are wonderful! I grew up in Newberry and the last of my family (Red Schaap) passed away not long ago. I cannot tell you how much I miss my frequent visits up there. Thanks for taking care of that phenomenal country for all of us. I'll be back soon. You are an area of fantastic people and that ever- present Yooper pride. Yea, you!! |

| I was awe struck and sad when seeing the sight of smoke north of my home town a week ago. I love coming home to fish and hunt and on behalf of many people, wanted to thank all of you who helped in fighting this fire. I appreciate all that you are doing.
Thanks. |

| In my previous post I alluded to the National Guard not being here, I meant because of overseas deployments, more would normally be available. Sorry |

| Please make it go away!! The thoughts about this tragedy hurts, but I am praying the situation will get better and to say "thank you" all for doing good work. Hopefully rain will come soon. I live in Monroe, Michigan and my prayers to all of the U.P. people, places, and animals go out to you. Bless you! Be careful and stay positive! |
