| Although we live south of Lansing about 15 miles, we travel to the UP every summer to camp at one of the state forest campgrounds. We absolutely love it up there. It breaks my heart to know this is happening. But it also fills my heart knowing that all you guys and gals are willing to give all you have to put this fire out.

| I have devoted myself at their snack stop store for 2 weeks now, am so amazed when they come in and out. The situation they are about to face threw out the day,the stress is high and yet they fine a way to have a smile.As a volunteer i try to make them laugh even if i have to act silly, i try my best to get their snacks they enjoy even if i have to step on toes, after all they are fighting firers for us, TO COME HERE WHEN THEY COULD BE HOME WITH FAMILY, THEY SHOULD HAVE THE BEST. I PRAY EVERY TIME ONE COMES OR GOES. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING JOB YOU HAVE DONE. |
