Let's not forget the first volunteers and the people of Luce co. & Newberry that stopped what they were doing to go to the stores and buy food and supplies that were needed in the first few days until the other agencies got their stuff organized. These people lifted the faith of not only the firefighters but also their own neighbors by giving and giving without thinking of rules and regulations. Thank you for that-I too baked for the first three days and now we are told we can't do that anymore, so be it- we started the ball rolling - " GOOD JOB PEOPLE OF NEWBERRY & LUCE COUNTY " Firefigthers said our food was the greatest !
