A scenic two mile private road leading to our resort provides thrills of nature's beauty and wildlife.We have a safe sandy beach for children and plenty of play area. Within a 15 minute drive there is a 9 hole golf course. Complete family fun whether it be fishing, swimming, boating, skiing, hiking, nature study, birding, or just plain relaxing.

We offer lodging through all our hunting and fishing seasons. We are surrounded by some of the best hunting land in the Upper Peninsula. Migratory bird season is great for duck hunters who want to lodge were the action is, since lodging and camping at Sherman's Resort puts you right on the lake. Deer hunters not in need of guide services can feel free to lodge with us during the deer season for both rifle and bow. We are surrounded by acres of State of Michigan land in Mackinac County which is known for natural trophy bucks. We offer guide packages for whitetail deer hunts for both bow and rifle season. Our guide area has produced many trophy bucks each season. We also offer black bear hunts in prime black bear habitat in Mackinac County.
